Empowering Support Worker for Autism & Learning Disabilities

Turning Point is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour in Carlisle. You will deliver person-centred care, support daily activities at home and in the community, and help individuals gain independence while recording progress in our digital care system.

The role requires flexibility for a 24-hour service with night shifts and weekends; prior experience in social care is beneficial.
