Compassionate Elderly Care Support Worker

The Orders of St John Care Trust is looking for a dedicated Support Worker at Apple Trees Care and Reablement Centre in Grantham. You will help residents with daily routines and personal care, provide companionship and participate in activities within a warm, caring home environment.

Ideally you will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and have a proven track record in elderly care.
