Role Overview

It’s in our DNA and our centres offer a wide range of activities from bowling to escape rooms, karaoke, laser arena, soft play, arcade machines, pool tables and fully licensed bars. As a Customer Service Assistant you will help keep these centres fun, clean and welcoming for all ages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a memorable experience.
• Book customers at reception and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote centre activities.
• Host individual and children’s parties.
• Deliver food to bowling lanes.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the centre.
• Assist in various departments including the Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, and karaoke rooms.

• Confidence, energy and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and high customer service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
• Flexible working pattern, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised, multi‑tasking and detail‑oriented.
