Site Operative: Clean, Safe, and Presentable Sites

Taylor Wimpey plc is seeking a Site Operative to manage day-to-day housekeeping on-site and assist the site team as required. Responsibilities include cleaning welfare, storing materials correctly, and supervising deliveries, with a focus on safety and orderly site presentation.

You will help maintain walkways, signage, and plots for NHBC inspections, and support various trades across sites, including travel across the region. A CSCS card and full driving licence are essential.
