Work Pattern

• Week 1 – Monday 14:00‑18:00, Wednesday 14:00‑18:00, Saturday 14:00‑18:00
• Week 2 – Monday 14:00‑18:00, Friday 14:00‑18:00, Saturday 14:00‑18:00

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and grow our share in the style space.
• Help customers discover our most on‑trend and fashionable products.
• Serve and sell the latest fashion items while maintaining a resilient and confident brand ambassador attitude.
• Operate in a high‑demand environment, keeping standards sky‑high while balancing speed and accuracy.
• Utilise digital tools (Sparks App, in‑store devices) to enhance the customer experience and support the digital transformation.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting teammates and moving with purpose and energy.
• Show flexibility, adapting to where and when the store needs you.
