Responsibilities
- Drive sales and grow our share in the style space.
- Help customers discover our most on‑trend and fashionable products.
- Serve and sell the latest fashion items while maintaining a resilient and confident brand ambassador attitude.
- Operate in a high‑demand environment, keeping standards sky‑high while balancing speed and accuracy.
- Utilise digital tools (Sparks App, in‑store devices) to enhance the customer experience and support the digital transformation.
- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting teammates and moving with purpose and energy.
- Show flexibility, adapting to where and when the store needs you.
