Mental Health Support Worker – Empower Lives & Growth

IBC Healthcare, based in Leicester (LE3), is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live as independently as possible. You will follow person-centred plans, provide practical support, and help clients access community activities.

The role requires experience in care (ICCS or equivalent) and a positive, flexible attitude. Training, development opportunities, and a supportive team are provided.
