Guest Experience Host – Entertainment Centre & Events

Tenpin in Worcester is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deliver excellent guest experiences across our entertainment venue. You will handle reception bookings, answer enquiries, spot sales opportunities, host events, keep areas clean, and assist with food and drinks.

You will work across Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences and bar service, bringing energy and a friendly approach to every shift. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.
