About us

Kingdom Support and Care (KSC) provide high quality and personalised support and care for over300 individuals across Fife and Forth Valley. We support the individuals we work with to manage or overcome challenges, including age-related issues, alcohol and drug addictions, autism spectrum disorders, complex needs, homelessness, learning disabilities and mental health issues. We work with people in their own homes, assisting them to do the things that matter to them and realise their ambitions. We believe that great support leads to great lives.

About you

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who have the desire to support people to have the best life possible. Those with high empathy and tolerance along with a great sense of humour are key to success in what at times can be a challenging but rewarding role. Ideally you should have experience of Support and Care, however this is not essential as training will be provided. You will provide support with daily activities in the community such as trips to the cinema, arts and craft clubs, along with other groups and the local disco. Within this Service we provide high quality support and care to adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
