Therapeutic Children’s Support Worker – Sleep-ins & Training

Keys Children in Truro is seeking a caring and resilient Children’s Support Worker to join a family home setting for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs. The role involves providing encouragement, support, and a patient, understanding approach during crises to help each child grow and develop.

You’ll work full-time, 39 hours per week, including long day shifts and sleep-ins. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential to support mobility and activities for the children.
