Guest Experience Ambassador — Hospitality Frontline

Kew Green Hotels is hiring a Guest Service Assistant in Ashford. You’ll work across reception, restaurant, bar, and events, delivering friendly, attentive service to guests and supporting check-in/out, dining, and conference setup.

You’ll help maintain guest areas and uphold hotel standards, joining a team that puts guest experience first. This role reports to the Guest Service Manager and offers training, career development and access to hotel facilities.
