Passenger Safety & Medical Support Assistant – Part Time

North Yorkshire County Council’s Integrated Passenger Transport Operations Team is seeking a caring and flexible Passenger Assistant to support journeys to and from activities in Harrogate. This permanent, part-time role is 25 hours per week based in Harrogate.

You will help ensure passenger safety on journeys, assist with boarding and alighting, and maintain clear communication with carers and colleagues. Full training, including PATS, First Aid and safeguarding, is provided.
