Red 5 People in Norwich is seeking a Prison & Community Project Worker to cover probation services and prisons across Norfolk and Suffolk. The role is peripatetic and all travel is fully paid from home, enabling work across multiple sites including Ipswich, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds and King’s Lynn.
The job focuses on flexible support to a large team, covering annual leave and capacity gaps. You’ll meet clients 1:1 and coordinate with probation staff to aid successful reintegration.
