Niyaa People is recruiting an experienced Customer Liaison Officer for a refurbishment programme in Huddersfield. You will be the main contact for residents, keeping them informed and supported during works across two tower blocks.
You’ll work with site teams, contractors and stakeholders to minimise disruption, handle enquiries, and maintain records. A background in social housing and strong communication are essential; a full UK driving licence is required.
