Field Care Supervisor — Lead Community Care

Bluebird Care South Wiltshire is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to oversee community-based care staff and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role requires a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards it), a full UK driving licence, and experience in domiciliary care.

You will mentor Care Assistants, conduct assessments, and maintain care plans while monitoring quality to meet CQC standards. This is a full-time position with opportunities for progression.
