Residential Support Worker – Children & Young People

Keys Group is recruiting for a Children’s Residential Support Worker in Loughborough to provide a safe, caring home for children with complex needs. The role involves role modelling, activities, personal care and occasional medication administration, plus helping with daily tasks and building lasting relationships.

A full UK Driving Licence is essential; training and development are offered to advance careers within Keys Group’s EPIC team, with funded qualifications and a comprehensive induction.
