Youth Support Worker: Autism, ADHD & Mental Health

MedGen Healthcare is seeking compassionate, resilient Support Workers to provide high‑quality care to children and young people with complex mental health needs. You will help young people feel safe, understood, and supported in their daily lives.

Responsibilities include supporting children with autism and ADHD, maintaining routines, implementing behaviour plans, and de‑escalating challenging behaviours while recording care accurately. DBS check and PMVA training are preferred.
