Job – Customer Service Advisor x2 (15 hours per week term time only)

Salary – Permanent, Part time (term time only) – Monday & Wednesday 2:15pm-5:15pm and Tuesday & Thursday 2pm-6:30pm (15 hours per week) – £9,774.65 – 10,329.17 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience

Holiday – Holiday pay is included in salary

Location – Ware & Broxbourne Campus

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer–focused individual to join our Customer Services Team. In this role, you will provide a welcoming first point of contact for students, prospective students, visitors, staff, and other customers, offering accurate, impartial information and advice across a range of enquiries. You will manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls using the Microsoft Teams telephone system, relay messages promptly, and respond to enquiries via telephone, email, post, and text messaging. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring all communications are handled efficiently, professionally, and within expected timeframes.

About You

  • A proven background in a customer focused environment
  • Experience of dealing with customers both in person and over the phone or online, and capable of using your initiative to give excellent customer care.
  • Experience in prioritising and achieving high quality work with minimal supervision and use of own initiative
