The journey doesn’t end at 18. At this school, we support autistic adults (18+) as they navigate the transition into adulthood, focusing on wellbeing, vocational skills, and community engagement.

The Role

• Mentor and guide learners in our specialist centre and in the community.
• Help them manage daily tasks, access work placements, and build confidence to live independently.
• Facilitate life‑skills sessions and community outings.
