Airport Customer Service Agent: Passenger Care

Swissport Edinburgh Airport is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team. This full-time fixed-term role runs until 31 October 2026 and involves 37.5 hours per week with shift work between Monday and Sunday to support passenger operations.

You will assist passengers from check-in through boarding, respond to inquiries about schedules and policies, and ensure compliance with security and safety procedures while delivering excellent service.
