As the Assistant Unit Manager, you will support the Unit Manager in the daily operations of a thriving Pret unit.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate team of baristas.
- Ensure the unit operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
- Drive sales and manage costs to achieve business targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering environment.
- Step up to manage the unit in the absence of the Unit Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-volume catering or retail environment.
- A passion for great coffee, food, and outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- The drive to develop yourself and your team.
