We are providers of Homecare, helping people stay in their own homes. AHP Homecare is recruiting for the position of Domiciliary / Community Care Worker throughout Burton, Swadlincote & beyond. We offer full flexibility, excellent rates of pay (We pay for full shift, meaning you receive travel time as well) starting from £12.00/hr + bank holiday enhancement + 0.35p per mile, free training, and 24/7 support.
About the job
As a Domiciliary / Community Care Worker within AHP Homecare, your role will be varied with a focus on delivering hands‑on, person‑centered care to our service users. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing care needs
- Assisting the care team to ensure that the client’s needs run smoothly and efficiently
- Promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect
Qualifications
Requirements for the role:
- At least 3 months experience as a Domiciliary / Community Care Worker (Desirable)
- No experience? – Full training can be given
- Able to provide 2 clinical UK references from your current/previous employer
- Be available for alternative weekends
- Own car preferred but not essential
