Facilities Maintenance Technician – PPM & Reactive

Ser- (Lancaster/Kendal) seeks a Maintenance Mate to carry out weekly reactive maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance in NHS Trust buildings across the Northwest to south Cumbria. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4pm, with overtime paid at double time and a call-out retainer of £145 per week.

Starting salary £26,437 including van, fuel card, PPE and tools. Applicants should have a full UK driving licence and a DBS check.
