Fat Plant Operator – HACCP & Quality Production

Nortech Foods Ltd in Doncaster is seeking a Fat Plant Operative to join its 24/7 animal oils and fats production facility. The role operates on a 2‑week rota: 6am–2pm Tue–Sat and 10pm–6am Mon–Fri, in a full‑time capacity with shift work.

You will monitor incoming raw materials, assure HACCP adherence, complete paper records, and help sustain quality through HACCP and aiming for higher grade BRC compliance.
