In-Home Support Worker — Personal Care & Mobility (Female)

Snap Care is seeking a female Support Worker to assist Claire at her home in Stevenage. You will help with daily routines, personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, medication prompting, and accompanying to appointments.

Training will be provided for medication administration and stoma care. The role is part-time (two days/week: Friday 9.30am–5.30pm, Sunday 1.00pm–5.00pm) with potential extra hours to cover sickness and leave, located in the client’s home in Stevenage.
