About the Job

As a Domiciliary / Community Care Worker, you will support elderly clients in their own homes, providing hands‑on, person‑centered care. Your main focus will be on:

• Assessing care needs
• Assisting the care team to ensure that the client’s needs run smoothly and efficiently
• Promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect

Qualifications

• At least 3 months experience as a Domiciliary / Community Care Worker (desirable)
• No experience required – full training can be given
• Able to provide 2 clinical UK references from your current/previous employer
• Be available for alternative weekends
• Own car preferred but not essential

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting from £12.00 per hour, plus bank holiday enhancement
• 0.35p per mile for travel
