Retail IT Service Desk Technician — Grow with us

The Range is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to join our Head Office based in Plymouth. You will join a busy Incident team, providing 1st/2nd line IT support for the EPOS system and related subsystems across our nationwide retail estate.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of IT support experience, customer-facing skills, and a solid grasp of WAN/LAN concepts, with strong problem-solving and communication abilities. We offer a permanent, full-time role with pension and company benefits.
