Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of properties, administrative tasks, compliance matters, and client inquiries.
  • Respond to communications from landlords and residents via e‑mail and phone, and liaise with maintenance contractors.
  • Coordinate replacement furniture and fittings as authorised during tenancies, and manage the acquisition of keys, fobs, remotes, and permits.
  • Carry out property inspections when due and follow through with any issues discovered.
  • Co‑ordinate the deposit release process at the end of a tenancy.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with both landlords and tenants.
  • Efficiently coordinate property upkeep, repairs, and contractor services.
  • Oversee deposit negotiations and processes, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and maintaining professional standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property management is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and optimistic attitude, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Display the ability to efficiently organise and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
  • Exhibit problem‑solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and maintain excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Possess computer proficiency and comfort with the software suite required for daily tasks.
