We’re looking for a proactive Regional Resourcing Coordinator to keep our operated plant hire running smoothly. If you’re organised, people focused, and thrive in a fast paced environment, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate operator hires across your region
• Complete compliance checks including tickets, right‑to‑work, and medicals
• Manage Rail Resources, Sentinel, sponsorship, FRI, and all rail admin
• Work with internal teams to keep jobs moving
• Build strong operator relationships and handle daily check‑ins
• Maintain accurate records and support payroll/invoicing

What You Bring:

• Experience in resourcing, scheduling, recruitment, or coordination
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident with admin and IT
• A calm, solutions‑focused approach
