As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll take pride in keeping our hotel safe, compliant and operating at its very best. No two days are the same – one moment you could be carrying out planned maintenance, the next responding to an urgent repair or supporting an improvement project. You’ll bring a practical, proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to high standards in everything you do.
Working closely with colleagues across the hotel, you’ll play a vital role in creating an environment where guests feel comfortable and cared for, and where our teams can perform at their best. Key Responsibilities
As Maintenance Technician, you will lead our maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment runs efficiently and safely while supporting a high-performing team. Here’s what you will be expected to do:
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance
- Oversee equipment upgrades and repairs
- Troubleshoot using control systems and technical diagrams
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with Hotel Management and staff to carry out required painting, redecoration and general maintenance duties.
- Carry out all necessary administrative work associated with departmental management requirements accurately and timely record all processes from receiving jobs through to completion
The job is 5 days per week from 10am-6:30pm including a 30 minute break.
