Compassionate Community Support Worker

Royal Mencap Society in Spalding is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to help with day-to-day activities and community engagement. You will assist with personal care, meal prep, shopping, appointments, and medication management, following individual support plans and Positive Behaviour Support guidelines.
