Specs Technologist: Food Compliance & Product Quality

JDM Food Group is seeking a detail-driven Specifications Technologist to join our Technical team at the Bicker facility. This is a site-based, full-time role (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) focused on creating and maintaining legally compliant, customer-approved product specifications that meet internal and retailer standards.

You will collaborate with NPD, Technical, Commercial and Process teams to guide launches, verify ingredients and data, and ensure audits pass.
