Julias House Hospice in Dorset is seeking a dedicated care and play facilitator to provide holistic care to children with complex health needs, and support families at the hospice and in their homes. The role involves planning and running activity sessions, developing tailored activity programmes, and working flexibly with families.

A full driving licence and use of a vehicle for business purposes are essential. Permanent contract from 20 hours a week, hourly rate £14.99 per hour.
