Part-Time Facilities Caretaker — Morning & Saturday Shifts

Shropshire Council’s Facilities Management Team at The Lantern in Shrewsbury is seeking a part-time Caretaker. The role covers opening and securing the building, preparing rooms for events, safety checks, reporting hazards, and assisting staff and visitors to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

The permanent position is 13.5 hours per week with regular weekday mornings and Saturday work, plus occasional extra hours to cover bookings, holidays or other cover requirements.
