Salary: £16.50 per hour (£1.87 per hour in holiday pay)
HGV Class 2 Driver for Immediate start working in Shepton Mallet – £16.50 per hour.
Pay and Employment Details.

Job Specifications (Responsibilities).
- Manual handling and handball involved on all routes.
- Experience using a tail lift vehicle is essential.
- Daily vehicle checks.
- Professional manner when dealing with the end customer.
- Ability to complete an assessment prior to work starting.
- Always wearing the correct PPE while working (safety boots and hi‑vis).
Qualifications.
- Class 2 HGV licence.
- At least 6 months experience.
- Valid CPC.
- Clean driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Working Conditions.
Start times can vary but we are looking for drivers who can start at 07.00 am for day shifts. Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10‑12 hours per shift on average.
