Trauma-Informed Mental Health TA – Growth & Impact

Guardian Jobs in Havering, London, is seeking a Mental Health Teaching Assistant to support children aged up to 11 with SEMH needs, trauma, anxiety and behavioural challenges. This full-time, permanent role starts September 2026 in a dedicated SEMH primary school.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, using restorative approaches, build resilience and help pupils access learning, with strong teamwork alongside teachers, therapists and support staff.
