Educare Small School in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a warm, imaginative and reflective HLTA to join our small, supportive community. The role involves delivering lessons to individuals, small groups, and whole classes within a calm, nurturing environment that values wellbeing and inclusion.

We offer a flexible Curriculum, small classes, and a collaborative staff team. The position is a full-time role with typical hours 8:00am–4:00pm, supporting staff wellbeing and professional autonomy.
