Overview

Moustache is an indoor cat. He has a history of cystitis related to moving house and is wary of new people. He should be kept at home surrounded by familiar things and smells. He is on Hills prescription wet food to manage stress. Litter box should be checked daily to monitor urine and stool.

Care routine

• The litter box is scooped twice a day and the entire contents are changed every two days.
• He is fed morning and evening: 25 g of dry food, half a packet of wet food, and water added on top for extra hydration.
• Bathroom door remains closed; window is kept open in bathroom for ventilation.
• Prevent access to plastic as he tends to eat it.

Safety and environment

He is sensitive to unfamiliar people; with treats and patience he will acclimate. Please do not leave plastic or hazardous items within sight.
