IT Manager: Incident & Service Lead for Policing

Counter Terrorism Policing Wales is seeking an IT Manager – Police Staff to own the management of outstanding requests and incidents, coordinating with stakeholders and resolver groups to deliver timely resolutions in line with SLAs.

You will communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences, manage user expectations, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders while working independently and as part of a team in a policing context.
