Responsibilities
- Manage clinical records and ensure data protection compliance.
- Maintain electronic patient records, staff diaries and the team inbox.
- Handle stock orders and related documentation.
- Assist with invoicing external clients for training and other services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in managing clinical records, data protection and electronic patient records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Sway); knowledge of Slido and Wordwall is advantageous.
- Experience raising invoices and purchase orders is desirable.
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required.
