We are currently looking for a Chef’s Assistant at Quarry House in Fishponds.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals to residents and staff according to pre-set menus
- Order stock, ensuring availability of ingredients and receiving stock
- Manage food storage according to EH regulations
- Stock rotation and wastage control
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and Infection control
Requirements
- Current food hygiene certificate would be useful but training to be given
- Experience of cooking in a care home or similar environment would be ideal but not essential
- Good spoken and written English
Pay
- Salary: From £13.45
- 10% increase on any weekend hours worked
- 50% extra pay on Bank Holidays
