Kitchen Team Leader – Drive Service & Cost Control

Premier Inn in Farnborough is seeking a Hotel Kitchen – Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, order food and lead the team through busy services.

You will own food ordering, stock control and cost monitoring, lead during service, and ensure all meals meet spec from breakfast to pub classics while maintaining hygiene standards. A clear path to more senior kitchen roles exists with training and progression.
