Senior Care Assistant & Team Mentor

Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Bournemouth to work across a 3-shift pattern per week, 0700‑1930, including alternate weekends. You will support the care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate holds NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in care for care homes with at least two years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills to engage with residents, relatives and health professionals.
