Incident Technician – Enterprise IT & Mac/Windows Support

Axiom Technologies in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT support specialist to troubleshoot Mac and Windows devices, optimise performance, and provide end-user assistance across the enterprise.

You will work with Active Directory, handle joiners/leavers, asset management, incident management, and cross-platform file sharing, using SCCM and Mac management tools. Prior financial-domain experience is preferred.
