Trauma-Informed Complex Needs Support Worker

BCHA is recruiting a Complex Needs Support Worker to join the Floating Support Team in Plymouth. You will aid customers moving from crisis to sustainable, independent living and work closely with Plymouth City Council.

The role involves income maximisation, housing applications, signposting to services, applying for grants, paperwork help, and providing practical and emotional support with trauma-informed practice.
