Compassionate Level 1 TA — Support Learning & Independence

Morton Primary Academy is seeking a Level 1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs by providing personal care and promoting independence. You will work closely with teaching and SEN staff to ensure safety, dignity and inclusion within a supportive school environment.

The role focuses on supporting physical and emotional wellbeing and helping pupils access learning safely throughout the day, contributing to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
