You will undertake a full Early Years Outdoor Apprenticeship, gaining experience in outdoor play and bushcraft. You will design and adapt outdoor environments to meet children’s needs, lead safe and meaningful outdoor experiences that align with curriculum and development goals, and create inclusive, engaging spaces that enable active learning. You will work collaboratively with team members to foster creativity, adapt approaches to each child, demonstrate compassion and empathy, and commit to the safety and well‑being of the children. This apprenticeship role is for someone eager to learn and to participate in professional development opportunities.
