Caretaker: High-Rise Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Caretaker to join our team in Hackney, London (E9 5QG). You will be responsible for cleaning communal areas of high-rise buildings and performing bulk removals and proper disposal of items.

The role involves removing bulk and overspills, general caretaking duties, grounds maintenance, and coordinating with customers to resolve issues. A strong emphasis is placed on Health & Safety and documentation of tasks performed.
