Mental Health TA — Permanent Role in Therapeutic School

Academics are recruiting a dedicated Mental Health Teaching Assistant for an SEMH provision in Aylesbury. The role begins in September and offers a permanent path after a temporary-to-perm period. You will support pupils aged 5-16 with SEMH, anxiety, and behavioural challenges within a therapeutic school setting.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, employing restorative practice and structured routines to boost learning and emotional regulation, collaborating with teachers and therapists.
