Hotel Kitchen Team Leader – Lead Service & Quality

Premier Inn Braintree (A120) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen daily, including rotas, orders, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure food quality and hygiene, with a clear path to Head Chef as you grow.

The role is 30 hours per week at up to £14.31 per hour, offering hands-on leadership and the chance to build a long-term culinary career within Premier Inn.
