Senior Care Lead: Kindness-Driven Team Leader

HC-One Foley Grange is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, plan personalised care, promote dignity and independence, and help residents feel secure and valued.

You will maintain accurate records, participate in safeguarding, support activities and daily living, and assist with medications as required, all through a lens of kindness and respect for every resident’s story.
